Dane spent seven years in the automotive industry specializing in the fabrication, testing, and development of high performance racing vehicles. Seeking to expand his knowledge of fabrication and construction, Dane moved into the architectural field, recently completing a Master’s Degree in Architecture from UPenn, specializing in computational design, fabrication, kinematics, and robotics.

Dane is a design technology specialist with ZGF Architects in Seattle. His focus is the development and implementation of computational design tools for Grasshopper and Dynamo – and the rational organization of these tools to make them more accessible and useful to project teams. He has a great interest in utilizing emerging technology to improve the quality, precision, and speed of design, documentation, and fabrication within the design realm.
